    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using ClawMentor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    ClawMentor is a subscription platform that connects OpenClaw users ("subscribers") with experienced AI operators ("mentors"). Mentors share their production configurations, skills, and operational patterns as periodic updates. Subscribers receive compatibility reports showing how those updates interact with their existing setup.

    3. Subscriptions and Billing

    Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

    4. Mentor Content

    Mentor packages contain configurations, skills, and operational patterns. ClawMentor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any mentor content. All updates are subject to your review and approval before application. You are responsible for any changes made to your OpenClaw setup.

    5. Mentor Revenue Share

    Mentors who publish packages on ClawMentor receive 50% of subscription revenue attributable to their subscribers, paid monthly via Stripe Connect. ClawMentor retains 50% as a platform fee. Revenue share details are subject to change with 60 days' notice to active mentors.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. ClawMentor reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    ClawMentor is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to configuration changes, data loss, or system disruptions resulting from applying mentor updates.

    8. Privacy

    Your use of ClawMentor is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
